2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate and timely information
Granting necessary access to Amazon Seller Central (or other tools/platforms)
Ensuring compliance with Amazon policies
Reviewing and approving completed tasks when requested
3. Payments & Refunds
Payment terms will be outlined in the proposal or invoice shared with the client.
All payments must be made in full before the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds are not provided for completed services. Partial refunds may be considered for canceled projects before completion, depending on the work completed.
4. Confidentiality
We value your privacy. Any sensitive business or personal information shared with M Mushtaq will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
M Mushtaq shall not be held liable for:
Loss of sales or revenue
Amazon account suspension or policy violations
Errors due to inaccurate or incomplete client data
We strive for accuracy and professionalism, but ultimate responsibility lies with the client for all account-related activities.
6. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice. In case of termination:
Work completed up to the point of termination will be invoiced
Client access and data will be returned or deleted upon request

M Mushtaq reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website or services constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
